A ‘Beauty and the Bear’ wedding proposal at the new Salt Lake International Airport

Hunter Harden was greeted with more than a ride home after his return to Salt Lake City through the new airport. As he left the secure area, he found his partner Cory Chitwood on bended knee waiting for him.

“I couldn’t wait any more,” Chitwood said on the now-viral video filmed by friend Bob Wood. “I called your mom and got her blessing. Will you marry me?”

“Oh god, yes,” was the answer before Harden burst into tears.

“Our airport is brand new and beautiful. Now when I travel I can always relive this moment,” Harden wrote on Instagram.
